Mr. Franco is responsible for preparing and acquiring employment based visas, including H, L and E petitions, labor certifications and family and employment based permanent residence petitions. Mr. Franco works closely with RM's corporate practice group to develop strategies for foreign executives seeking to work and establish their businesses in the United States. Mr. Franco began his career at a major international law firm in Venezuela, Baker & McKenzie, where he worked for the firm's Tax Department. Mr. Franco is a graduate of the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela, as well as the University of Miami School of Law. The fact that Mr. Franco has studied law in both Venezuela and the United States, allows him to have a clear understanding of the particular situation and immigration needs of our Latin American clients.

Leonardo Roth represents individual and corporate clients in immigration matters assisting foreigners to plan their entry into the United States. This is done by using a multidisciplinary and integrated team of professionals that assist the foreigner entering the United States to navigate the complex legal system. As a professional working with foreigners since 1988 Mr. Roth has worked with corporate counsel, tax counsel and transactional counsel in their acquisition of businesses. Mr. Roth has assisted the foreigner to come to the United States as investors, intra-company transferees and professionals. Mr. Roth has also assisted many families reunite by representing them in their family petitions so that they may become residents of the United States. Born in Buenos Aires Argentina.
