Alejandro Franco represents individual and corporate clients in assessing and structuring their immigration needs. Mr. Franco is responsible for preparing and acquiring employment based visas, including H, L and E petitions, labor certifications and family and employment based permanent residence petitions. Mr. Franco works closely with RM's corporate practice group to develop strategies for foreign executives seeking to work and establish their businesses in the United States. Mr. Franco began his career at a major international law firm in Venezuela, Baker & McKenzie, where he worked for the firm's Tax Department. Mr. Franco is a graduate of the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela, as well as the University of Miami School of Law. The fact that Mr. Franco has studied law in both Venezuela and the United States, allows him to have a clear understanding of the particular situation and immigration needs of our Latin American clients.
